Our goal is to make wellness and woo an easy and approachable part of daily self care for parents and kids.
One of the first subjects that fascinated my young kids was space. They feel the vastness of our universe by just looking up. It's captivating and lead us to create this family activity connecting with the moon every month.
We plan to refresh our moon guide every season because there's so much to learn by realigning with the earth's, and our, natural cycles. Our moon activities also include learning from myths and other cultures to develop mindfulness and presence. What can myths teach us today? What did our ancestors make of big scientific questions? How are we all connected? How can we give thanks? We think of it as ancient wisdom for our modern kids.
This goes hand in hand with out Moon Phases cloth, but can help you along your journey within regardless.
Dreamt up and designed in Los Angeles
Fabric:Â
Our cloth is made out of a plush 200 gsm short velvet fabric (100% polyester). The front is the soft velvet with the black and white or colorful design and the back is a smooth white backing. We’ve hemmed the edge to make sure it will last for your tarot reading journey. This cloth ships folded.
Cleaning:Â
We chose this cloth because of its texture, durability, quality, and ability to highlight a crisp, clearly printed design. You can spot clean it, or we suggest placing it in a laundry bag and washing it on a cold cycle. If you'd like to iron it, set your iron on its lowest heat setting and iron the smooth white backing side of the cloth.
